CELEBRATING CHRISTMAS THROUGH CREATIVITY

Project Information

True North has always been rooted in Manchester’s Northern Quarter, a vibrant hub of creativity and culture. One of our former offices was at 24 Lever Street, a beautifully restored Victorian warehouse surrounded by independent cafes, music venues and street art – a space that reflected the energy and spirit of the area.

Each year, the newest tenant of 24 Lever Street designs the building’s Christmas card, showcasing its creative character. To impress our landlord and connect with our new neighbours, we turned part of the building into Manchester’s largest advent calendar. Showcasing daily-revealed illustrations by local artists, each piece was made into a limited-edition print. The sales raised over £2,000 for Wood Street Mission, a Manchester-based charity supporting children and families in need.
